So impressed. From the coffee, cookies and Army (the dog) and friendly staff greeting us at the door to the personable interactions in the waiting room we felt welcome and right at home.
My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and also wears hearing aids… One went missing… Imagine that. Diane went into the back and found a hearing aid that would work and GAVE it to us! I can not tell you what a big deal this is for our family.
