If I could give Diane Fox a 100 stars, I would. 5 stars doesn’t come close to how good they are. I’ve been seeing All About Hearing for 3 years and they have been fantastic. I never knew all the capability my hearing aids had and Diane explained everything. It came time to buy new hearing aids and Diane walked me through all my choices, provided all the detailed data, and answered all my questions. I’ve gone from struggling to understand people and hear clear music to an absolute wonderful world of hearing. For those with severe hearing loss I would recommend buying the best technology available as the difference is night and day between top of the line and next level down.

Went in to get molds made for custom earplugs, the attention to detail was impressive- the doctor ended up making a 2nd set of molds just in case the first ones weren’t good enough. He also answered some basic hearing/ear questions I had that were unrelated to the appointment. In my opinion, that shows true care to the client. They focus on getting it right, and there is a positive vibe in the business. They’ve earned my trust- I’m going to schedule a full evaluation soon!
