This visit was to check out new hearing aids as mine were just not working for me any longer. It was a special event, and the rep, Chris, was delightful to deal with and explained my hearing problem and showed me the difference in technology. I ended up purchasing the hearing aids they recommended. Chris, Diane and Steve were very helpful and pleasant to work with during the whole process. I go to All About Hearing because of their service and guarantee. When something goes wrong, they do stand by their product (for the three years of their guarantee anyway). After the three years, they start charging for office visits and for cleaning and repair etc. of your now “old and outdated” aids. This is my fourth pair of hearing aids from All About Hearing over about 14 years, and I wouldn’t keep going back if I didn’t continue to get the help and support I needed.

It is a very clean, and you don’t have to wait long for your appointment, when you are being seen that person takes a interest in you and when I ask a question about my hearing or hearing aids the response is very knowledgeable, I am always relaxed when I am there. Went in to get molds made for custom earplugs, the attention to detail was impressive- the doctor ended up making a 2nd set of molds just in case the first ones weren’t good enough. He also answered some basic hearing/ear questions I had that were unrelated to the appointment. In my opinion, that shows true care to the client. They focus on getting it right, and there is a positive vibe in the business. They’ve earned my trust- I’m going to schedule a full evaluation soon!

I never knew all the capability my hearing aids had and Diane explained everything. It came time to buy new hearing aids and Diane walked me through all my choices, provided all the detailed data, and answered all my questions. I’ve gone from struggling to understand people and hear clear music to an absolute wonderful world of hearing.
